Sky Elves
Appearance:
Sky Elves have a slightly ethereal look, standing between 5'0" and 6'0". They have fair, almost translucent skin with a soft glow, particularly in moonlight or starlit skies. Their hair varies from pale blues and silvers to hues that mirror the morning sky, such as soft pink or lavender. Eye colors range from shimmering silver to sky blue, reflecting the heavens.
Lifespan: 500-700 years
Adulthood: Reached at 90-120 years
Traits:
Sky Elves are natural Luxomancers, able to harness the power of light to create illusions or guide their way in darkness. Many possess minor Chronomancy abilities, giving them an intuitive understanding of time and a limited ability to slow it momentarily, aiding in precision and reflexes. They are skilled in astronomy, magic, and flight, often using enchanted gliders or riding giant birds to traverse the skies.
Cultural Heritage:
Sky Elves live in floating islands or cliffside settlements, often in vast, temple-like structures with open views of the horizon. Their culture centers on celestial events and the cycles of day and night. Known as the “Star Keepers,” they’re renowned for their ancient stargazing techniques and magical lore. Councils of seers and Luxomancers often lead their society, ensuring harmony with the skies above.
Breaking the Mold:
Some Sky Elves join the “Chrono Guild,” a group that has perfected the art of time-bending through Luxomancy and Chronomancy. They are the keepers of ancient knowledge, offering guidance to all of Hyrule. They focus on averting potential disasters, often cooperating with other races to maintain balance.
